What happens if I stop renewing a plugin bundle? Does it still work?

The plugin keeps working, but updates, new features, and support stop. Future version compatibility isn’t guaranteed.

Can I use the same bundle on staging, development, and production environments?

Yes, you can use your bundle on staging, development, and production environments, provided they belong to the same organisation and support the same Matomo installation or project setup. Check your licence terms for any environment or domain limits.

What happens if I exceed the included usage limits or number of seats in my bundle?

If you exceed the included limits, you may need to upgrade to a higher bundle or purchase additional capacity where available. We recommend reviewing your current usage and contacting us to choose the best option for your needs.

Can I still buy plugins separately?

Yes. Premium plugins can still be purchased separately for Matomo On-Premise. Plugin bundles are also available if you want access to a wider set of features at a bundled price.

Can I trial a specific bundle before purchasing?

Yes. The Team bundle includes a free trial, allowing you to evaluate its features before committing. For our other bundles, free trials are not available, but you can still evaluate many premium On-Premise features by requesting a trial or using trial versions where available. Contact us to discuss the best option for your environment and requirements.

Can I mix and match plugins from different bundles?

Plugin bundles are predefined packages, but you can supplement your setup by purchasing additional individual plugins separately.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes, subscriptions can be cancelled anytime. They remain active until the end of the billing period.

Can we purchase additional seats/users for our current bundle without moving to the next bundle tier?

Seat and usage limits depend on the specific On-Premise bundle. In some cases, additional capacity may be available without requiring a full bundle upgrade. Contact us to discuss the available options for your licence.

What happens to my current subscription if I choose not to move to a bundle?

Your existing individual plugin subscriptions can continue to be renewed separately. Moving to a bundle is optional.

Will switching from individual plugins to a bundle cause any downtime or require a licence key change?

Switching from individual plugins to a bundle should not cause tracking downtime. You may need to update your licence key or subscription details, but your existing Matomo data and configuration should remain available.

We are proud to support nonprofit organizations and charities around the world that seek to better their communities and the social good, preserve culture or the environment, relief to the poor, or promote human rights. Eligible nonprofit organization may receive a discount off our standard premium feature subscriptions. We may decline to renew a discount at its sole discretion, for example if your organization is no longer nonprofit. Please note that political or lobbying organizations, for-profit educational institutions, government agencies, and other organizations unable to demonstrate their nonprofit status are not eligible.

In order to obtain the nonprofit discount, please email us including a link to your webpage that describes the nongovernmental, nonprofit status; or a scanned original document certifying your organization's nonprofit status.
